I’m really interested to see what do you prefer and why. The Lupo looks pretty fun but only in the right color and the Polo does look good in every color but is about 100 KG heavier. Think about it when both of the cars have a 1.4 16V 101 HP and the possibility for a relatively cheap 125 HP Polo GTI which will be much more expensive to run.

20VT please. Love the V8, a gorgeous engine, but I want that sleeper life.

Forget your E-Golf and Golf GTE, in 1984 VW made 100 completely electric versions of our well known Mk2 Golf. There had been a prototype Mk1 Golf citySTROMer, but this never reached the production stage. The Mk2 citySTROMer was sold for approximately $34.000 at the time.

In 1989 (busy year, I know) VW created the Rallye homologation special called the Golf Rallye (or Rallye Golf, whatever you fancy). This car was developed to comply to the FIA standard so they could compete in the FIA WRC. One of the demands of these standards was that a car which raced in WRC had to have a production volume of atleast 5000. Eventually they built 5071 of those.

From the Mk2 Golf there were many different versions. For example the G60, GTI, GTI 16V, Fire & Ice, Limited, Rallye and the Syncro. And with the last one, VW did a bit more to it and made a entirely different car from it. The Golf Country. It used the same basic Syncro-AWD system but was then raised to have a improved ground clearance of 21 CM, bullbars front and rear, a skid plate to protect the engine, a sub-frame to protect the rear diff and an awesome extra spare wheel at the back which could swing to the side

Hello all and welcome to my blogpost about a car which I adore. The Golf GTI. In this post I will take you through each generation of the GTI and will tell you what I think of it with some additional information to it. Some are good, some are great, and some are not that good.

Porsche giving the finger to downsizing. Lovely. The new GT3 RS might also come with an upgraded exhaust (this gonna sound good) and a 911 R derived diffuser! Power output is speculated around 530HP and it most definitely will be PDK-only. My main question now is, will it have a 8,5K redline or the bonkers 9K RPM redline?

Hello everyone and welcome to my blogpost about why all hot hatches shouldn’t become AWD. Before anyone shouts ‘Fokus RS thuuu bezzt’ it is not. No cars is flawless. And for some reason Chris Harris dislikes it quite a bit. Because we live in a time cars have to be more and more powerful every sort of cars have to face it, even the hot hatches which many people love. Car manufacturers know this too, and unfortunately instead of putting some effort into making a great FWD hot hatch, they just go the easy way and make them AWD So here are a few reasons to support my opinion:

mine is my lovely Mk4(still stock engine). I know 1174 isn’t much but the car came with 170 stock so it’s pretty damn good.
