Being that I’ve swapped OHV cams, I can tell you: There is just one big cam, down in the middle of the block. That’s it.

For a second I thought this would be about flat tappet vs rollers and hydraulic vs solid lifters but no! Instead I guessed how many camshafts a certain engine has, which I pretty much aced.
