Speed limits. But I wouldn’t want to elminate them completely, that would just create chaos everywhere, what I think could work best is on the larger roads like a freeway (I live in America) the slower lanes would have a normal speed (65 mph or 105km/h) and the lanes on the left (the faster ones) would be unrestricted, or at least have a minimum speed limit.
