Well, my favourite would not only be one corner, but one section on the Nordschleife.

I love the Pflanzgarten section. The two jumps and the blind corner on the exit where you have to open the steering before you can see, how the track continues… I just love it!

Mulsanne corner, as it is probably one of the most cruel brake tests after high speed.
Or curva grande in Monza (old track layout or WEC testing, with speeds over 300km/h)

Craner Curves - Donnington Park

I think it’s a shame that Donnington park lost their bit to be the new track for the British GP, I would have loved to see F1 cars hurtling down Craner Curves at 150mph
