Just going to say, the tiptronic convertible 996 is incredible. The gearbox is near flawless and the convertible top doesn’t take away from looks (in dark blue with tan interior, it looks better than the coupe) and barely noticeable changes in performance
Ohh man good car/choice OP. Locally thers a dinan for sale like this LOL. But man idk, almost any convertible really. Eclipse spyders are another.

Guy’s grow up! Convertable dose not mean worst. It’s usually stiffer, better at driving hard, and the sky…
Also Automatic, dsg, tiptronic etc is not bad because it’s not manual! in lot of high performance cars you need nanny to help you drive it. Otherwise you will get another Diablo where you need both legs to press clutch and both arms to change gear.

2005-6 Cooper S auto convertible. I love me some Mini but the soft tops are atrociously implemented.
