First , The car !
In my dreams I’ll use this :
First , The car !
In my dreams I’ll use this :
Land Rover Defender "Campervan"
It’s perfect for a roadtrip to me !
I’m not sure it will fo offroading but who knows ?
I wouldn’t want to go alone if , by any chance, I have a soulmate I’ll go with her but if not I’ll surely go with my brothers even if we try to kill each other since forever lol
Now the most interesting part : The Trip !
Anchorage to NY to LA :D
It may doesn’t seem exciting to some of you but I’ve only been to L.A 2 times in my life and I’d like to see the whole Nothern America at least once in my life !
So… what’s your #UltimateRoadTrip Idea ?
Comments
Anchorage to cape horn in a reliant robin
A road trip starting in spain, through france, switzerland, austria, italy, germany… In a bmw hp4
Cliche but across America and to Alaska in a newer jacked up Chevy with a camper on the back obviously
If you’re coming that way through Manitoba be sure to stop in at my house for snacks because you’ll be going right by.
Have you ever driven a defender? That would be an awful several thousand miles.
I’d love to fly to Europe rent something like a 335i or S4 type of car.
Start off in Italy and make my way to UK hitting every Tarmac Rally stage, TG roads etc and on the way stop off at every track I can. On the track do a track day with the tracks cars since rentals are not allowed on race tracks.
My ultimate road trip would be a geographical tour of Europe but going through the capital of each country.
Why would you opt for the simplest, shortest route between your final destinations instead of meandering to all the interesting places in between? With this kind of journey, it’s the journey that matters more than the destination — otherwise, you’d just take a plane.
Anyway, my dream road trip would be to start in Casablanca in a Jaguar XFR, drive north to Tangier, cross the Strait of Gibraltar by ferry, follow the coast through Valencia, Barcelona, Marseillem Monaco, up into the Alps and through Switzerland, visit some friends in Bavaria, wander back up to Rheinland-Pfalz to have a go at the Nordschleife Touristenfahrte, then zip east via Frankfurt to Prague, north through Berlin to Copenhagen, then Stockholm, a ferry to Helsinki, and eventually St. Petersburg.
Total travel time: just under 80 hours of driving
Total distance: 4,150 miles (6,680 km)
There’s plenty of stuff to see along the quickest route sometimes
The map is just a way to show to trip :D of course I won’t take the shortest way :D (google maps only shows the shortest way)
Nürburgring ;)
