A 2005 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP with the 3.8L SC series III V6.
With 260 Hp and ~300lb of TQ.

Unfortunately, GM had only used this engine with an automatic to handle the torque.

With 5 or 6 speed transmission, and a RWD layout, I think the supercharged Pontiac would have had lots of potential.

All those Hot Hatchbacks with about 300hp should be RWD or at least AWD.
Some of them are awesome like they are but ever since I drove an M135i on a track I know how much fun an RWD hatch is.

Honda prelude, I think if it was rwd it would have the same legendary reputation as the likes of the s chassis by now

The Saab Sonett due to the supposed sportyness of the whole car. And maybe an engine with more than 68 hp and the car would have been a great hit :D

Mitsubishi Eclipse. When I was little I thought the 2g Eclipse was RWD. That was awkward. The Eclipse always looked like it should’ve been RWD. Well at least there is the gsx :)
