In Finland there is special forces unit whoch use completely blacked out Chevrolet Suburban which has “something different” under the hood. I’m not quite sure what it is but I have seen in once entering to the highway and I could hear supercharger whine and turbo’s spool up. Also I have to note that that SUV is rarely used. This time it was Jokela School shooting. Just for the heck of it I tried to keep up with it, as it passed me on the ramp. but my nearly 300hp Volvo 240 couldn’t keep up on 60-140kmh (37-86mph) acceleration. And that Volvo was very fast on 0-150kmh (0-95mph) runs, stock E46 M3 couldn’t keep up with it until the Volvo ran out of gearing on 180kmh (110mph) Noting that they were probably hauling full police equipment + riot gear in rather heavy SUV, I’d say 700-800hp is quite realistic power estimation.
In Nsw we have a porsche carrera but not undercover …
In America we just have chargers and crown vics.

I was driving on the high way last summer when I was passed by a white blur going quite fast, I dropped a great and tried to catch up and when I finally caught it it was a gallardo doing about 130 mph then I noticed the sheriff’s badge.
