The buick is termed “garage doors” and you could probably find enough gifs to make that into a post. The Cizeta is probably my favorite from this list though.

XJ 220 blew my mind…
I almost wrote something rude, but then I realised, that it’s “your” best top ten. If I was you, I’d have put the Nissan 180SX and the RX-7. Those are between the most iconic popup headlighted cars. Mainly the 180 is outstanding IMO.
Plus the 928 is not a complete popup headlighted car, cause its headlights are not even covered. Neither the Riviera, because only the light cover moves, not its headlights. But it’s just my opinion…

Disconnect the motor on one side.
Look up the wink mod. I think that’s what it’s called, anyway. It’s similar to sleepy eyes for the S13s
