I would expect Mégane RS250 Cup in France. But i guess they are too fast or too flashy to be undercover police cars.
Quite a few years ago in Toronto there was a SRT 4 Neon that was impounded and turned into an undercover police car. It was back in the F&F days, so it had vinyls, massive chrome rims, body kit, etc. Would show up to the local street races and bust people.
Not undercover I know but pretty cool IS-F cop car from my local police, they also had an M-Sport tuned Escort Cosworth and a Prodrive tuned Impreza STi in the past
