He holds her neck steady, because if she had any neck injurys she wouldnt feel them because of the adrenalin, and she could in theory break her own neck, thats why they always hold the neck of victims of car accidents

The kitten video was so cute! Glad to see that there are biker girls out there, and that they save kittens in the streets. She deserves a prize.
I also think that the cycling mechanic was a great guy. He pulled up that car all by himself and even fixed it for the lady…
We needs more people like these in our chaotic and confuse world
