I prefer the car handling and deformation on GTA IV. The way people react to getting shot feels more realistic too.

Me and my friend use to go into a private match, with no friendly fire, but the only weapons were rocket launchers, so you could launch people around without killing them until they hit the ground, it was so much fun but that’s gone now

I used to do that on airport. Now most fun in GTA V is also airport map. 50 guys start without anything and have to climb to get a gun.

Also handbrake burnouts in FWD cars on IV, only works with the prius on V which is no fun…

Agree with this, but GTA IV on PC was so terribly ported over, and it killed the modding community sadly. I loved GTA vanilla, but V modded is amazing

I loved IV’s attention to detail… GTA V i got tired of it quickly, they have good things in both but a combination of both would be sick. Car customization and all those goodies in IV…. ahh

The vehicles and objects in GTAIV is Heavier than V, therefore the “boatlike” handling, but with mods or tweaks to the handling file it feels so much better than V will ever do :)
