gta iv was for realism and gta v was designed for fun. they both succeeded imo
watching this made me take my old Xbox 360 out of the box again, just to play GTA IV, YOU COULD CROUCH! AND THROW THINGS YOU GRABBED FROM THE FLOOR! and you could modify cars! on the pc version… with lots of mods and stuff installed… xD

Gta iv had way more to do, but every single thing was boring. And how they got drunk was so fcking stupid. And the game was made is ‘09. Gta V is 2k13+ the driving is perfect, and the handling is perfection. You can upgrade the cars to improve the handling. And the speed. And it is based of cali, so of course people gonna try to run you tf over of you point a gun at them. Who tf would see a guy with a gun pointed at them, get out the car. And in V when you pull out a gun on a car, the other cars start going ape sht. While in iv they stay in the car, a roll up like there at a drive through window.

mostly I might agree, but I wouldn’t agree on this like when you fill up somebody with many bullets, you…think he’s going to stand up like in GTA4 ? unreal. But in GTA4 at least civilians have health bar, and you can fight for some longer time.Another thing, at least civilians are smarter in some situations, who would get out of the car when someone aims gun at you? I mean, just fu*king push pedal to the metal, duck, and drive away.Water is no a gel like in GTA4, though graphically even GTA5 doesn’t show it properly.Physics are better in GTA4, but the gaming place like Lost Santos in better than the NY styled GTA4 place. Molotov explosion I think is better/close-to-real in GTA5, because I have seen how the fuel expands, and flames do not actually jump for no reason…it’s a simple liquid that is simply expanding on the ground because of the weight, but jumps up like rubber balls, like in GTA4…
