Don’t get me started on the Alpine. About 100 were produced in Bulgaria, all of which in the racing trim with the full roll cage and so on. The other day I saw one in a god awful condion in a backyard I met with the 80+ years old guy who owned it and I offered him a substantial sum of money considering the condition of the car “which later I found out was lacking the head of the engine”. I was willing to get a credit from the bank to have the car restored but the old geezer wouldn’t part with it, because he “liked it the way it is”. I am heartbroken man, I really am
The first car would have to be an e60 M5! After that I would be just looking for a Lexus LFA, if I could ever find one to import. Love those V10’s.
