A high-flow air filter, ECU tweak and a supercharger pulley upgrade turns the standard F-Type R into a proper brute.

2. Ford Mustang Shelby GT350 HPE 800 Supercharged

Engine size: 5.2-litre supercharged V8
Power: 808bhp
Torque: 657lb ft
0-60mph: 3.3 seconds

Compression forged aluminum pistons and forged steel connecting rods give this Ford V8 the strength it needs to take this Mustang to a different dynasty to its EcoBoost cousin.

3. Dodge Viper Venom 1000 Twin Turbo

Engine size: 8.4-litre twin-turbocharged V10
Power: 1120bhp
Torque: 1092lb ft
0-60mph: 2.7 seconds

As if the Viper needed any more savagery, the guys at Hennessey have slapped a couple of turbochargers that take it past first-generation Veyron power output.

This Frankenstein of a truck has no real uses apart from towing small countries to different areas of the globe.

0-60mph: under 3 seconds

This Caddy has double the power of most stock super saloons and would happily eat M5s for breakfast.

Bonus: Hennessey Venom F5

Built in direct response to the Bugatti Chiron, the F5 is projected to have around 1451bhp which has been calculated to produce a top speed of around 290mph. With Bugatti setting the rumour-mill going about a possible 300mph target, it seems like Hennessey’s previous ‘world record’ is about to get decimated, which is where the F5 can step in and regain the crown for the Texan tuner.

CAN WE STOP PROMOTING HENNESSEY!

Ok now that I have your attention, I would like inform you all that John Hennessy is a crook who has stolen from many customers and has a bad reputation in modding community.

I understand that his modded vehicles are cool (assuming he follows his word and actually produces them), but people STOP WORSHIPPING THIS THIEF AND DO 30 SECONDS OF INTERNET RESEARCH.

In fact, I think I’ll make a blog post about this issue.

Definitely. Some sources even claim they take bits from customers’ cars and put them into other cars, as they are always low on bits. Also, a lot of the cars almost never get finished, with delays longer than GTA 5.

These would be great if Hennessey could actually build and deliver the cars to customers and not shove them to the dark corner of the shop for the next 10 months
