These are the official pictures of the new GT3 RS we've all been waiting for...
Leaked images of the new GT3 RS surfaced yesterday but the official covers have now been lifted from Porsche’s latest track weapon at Geneva Motor Show 2015. These are official pictures of the most extreme street-legal 911 ever, which houses a 4.0-litre six-cylinder unit capable of churning out 494bhp.
The headline stats are as follows: the 0-62mph sprint is clocked at 3.3sec with the car capable of reaching 124mph in a scant 10.9sec. Even more impressive is its apparent lap time around the Nürburgring Nordschleife of 7 min 20 secs, which makes it faster than the Carrera GT super sports car (7 min and 29 secs).
The new 911 GT3 RS will set you back £131,296 when it arrives in May.
