As you may or may not know, today is World Aids Day. Observed on 1 December every year since 1988, the day aims to raise awareness of the Aids Pandemic. Of all the ways people across the world are getting involved, the tweet above caught our attention most.

A guy based in Johannesburg offered to flog his car and give the proceeds to Aids charities, providing Jeremy Clarson retweeted or replied to him. As you can see below, the Top Gear presenter delivered the goods.
