The Aston Martin Vanquish Zagato Shooting Brake Is A Gorgeous Feast For The Eyes
When Aston Martin ‘completed’ its family of four Vanquish Zagatos, the Gaydon-based firm neglected to show much of the car we all wanted to see most of: the Shooting Brake. We were given a side-on render, and that was that.
Thankfully, that’s now been rectified with this new set of images, showing the achingly pretty coupe in much greater detail. Aston does still seem to be teasing us a little though, as the collection of pictures is missing a front angle view of the beast. Boo and hiss.
Just 99 of these Shooting Brakes will be made, with 325 Vanquish Zagato models being built in total. Apparently, some well-heeled owners have ordered one of each model, at a cost of around £500,000 a pop…
Under the skin, it’s all as-per the Vanquish S, which means 592bhp from a 5.9-litre naturally-aspirated V12, hooked up to an eight-speed automatic gearbox. In other words, it’ll sound as good as it looks.
We want one badly.

What a weird combination: Aston Martin and wagon
She’s so gorgeous, she’s ruined my life by not being mine. And I’m so furious at in for making me feel this way.
It’s, it’s actually real.
Ok I say we plan a hiest on one of the owners.
Who’s in?
WOW
new x-tomi desi…. oh wait
Wow thats pretty!
Am I the only one who thinks it looks disgusting?
No. The other variants looked much better
Yeah, it’s like it’s either too short or too high
never understood this shooting brake stuff
Looks awesome!
Now, how about a Rapide Estate :D?
Ferrari to Aston Martin: you can copy my homework but change it up a little bit so the teacher does not notice… Looks so much like a GTC4 Lusso, and is a lot more expensive!
