The Baby Driver Subaru Impreza WRX Somehow Just Sold For $69,000
The car used in the stunt sequences for 2017's coolest car flick Baby Driver is battered, bruised and it's not even four-wheel drive any more, but someone clearly wanted it badly
Remember the auction we told you about last week for the Subaru Impreza WRX used in stunt sequences from the brilliant movie Baby Driver? Well, the eBay bidding has just finished and the price was pretty astonishing.
This heavily-abused rear-wheel drive ‘Hawk Eye’ WRX, with plenty of cosmetic damage and 158,000 miles on the clock, not to mention having been resprayed a different colour than its original grey finish, just sold for $69,100.
It was used to great effect in the opening sequence of the film, getting very drifty and pulling a whole spectrum of unlikely moves during its rather less than 15 minutes of fame. Someone obviously wanted it quite badly if they were willing to pay that price…

This better be seen in drifting events and not stored away in a garage
I would rather buy stock impreza and convert it to RWD and do a paint job to it
