The Best Way To Upset Maranello Is To Sell Your LaFerrari For A Massive Profit
If you missed out on buying one of the now sold out LaFerraris, we have some (sort of) good news: a used one is now for sale! Only trouble is, the seller clearly wants to profit on the fact that this is number one of 499, as he's asking for €2.38 million (£2 million), an incredible €1 million more than the original purchase price.
That sounds like a lot, but it could be a tempting proposition for any potential buyers that were flummoxed by the strict LaFerrari ownership rule: apparently Maranello only allowed people to buy its latest hypercar new if they'd previously owned five or more Fezzas. It also only has 200km (124 miles) on the clock, so it's practically new.
The curiously named LaFerrari is powered by a mid-mounted 6.3-litre V12 producing 789bhp, with an F1-style KERS system giving an extra 161bhp boost. 60mph is dispatched in under three seconds, while the top speed is over 220mph.
So at least you'll get a very fast car for your €2.38 million...
