A BMW 7-Series Prototype Just Flipped A Police Van

A BMW 7-series prototype was involved in a crash on Saturday morning. The impact of the BMW into the side of the police van pushed the bigger vehicle into traffic lights, which then flipped the van onto its side. Three police men were inside the van, but all escaped serious injury.

According to reports on spiegel.de, the police van was responding to an incident when it accelerated through a red light with its lights and sirens on. The damage costs are estimated at 150,000 euros.

At least we can be sure that the new 7-series is damn strong!
