BMW E36 M3 Lemon (With Supersprint) Vs Ford Mustang 5.0 GT: Rev Battle
After fitting a new Supersprint exhaust onto my E36 M3 'Lemon', I decided to do an impromptu rev battle with it against the brutish Ford Mustang 5.0 GT. Which gets your vote?
But in all seriousness - the M3 sounds… a bit like the stereotype of a Honda Civic with a fart cannon. Its really high pitched and a bit restrained in its range. The stock Mustang isn’t spectacular but IMHO it sounds much better. More bass and cross-plane.
Sounds more like a GT350 IMO, love it
That blue smoke from Colin is a little concerning….
That Mustang is actually the one that Richard Hammond was driving in London, before.
That M3 sounds like an Lamborghini Aventador to me

To be fair, many people have complained that the new Mustang GT is pretty quiet from the factory
