Footage of this amazing rear-wheel drive baby Renault concept has been captured during filming for an advert in Madrid.

The Renault TwinFun - an Alpine version of the next Twingo model and a modern-day interpretation of the Renault 5 Turbo - features a mid-engined layout, bold styling and, judging by the concepts's raspy exhaust note and tail-happy nature, plenty of power.

If the original Renault 5 Turbo's 158bhp 1.4-litre turbocharged engine and 970kg weight is anything to go by, the TwinFun could well become the most sought after supermini on the planet. Who's in?
