In my country most cafe racers are built like this:
Step 1: Buy a Superbike (CBR, GSXR, Ninja)
Step 2: Crash it!!
Step 3: Remove aero parts, put some headlights from a dirt bike and go telling everyone you have a Cafe Racer!!
