Casey Stoner Just Had A Huge Crash At The Suzuka 8 Hours Thanks To A Stuck Throttle

In his first competitive race since 2012, Casey Stoner was leading the Suzuka 8 Hours motorbike event when a stuck throttle caused this massive crash at the hairpin

Stoner, racing the HARC-Pro team’s Honda bike alongside Takumi Takahashi and Michael van der Mark, had just taken the lead of the Suzuka 8 Hours when the throttle stuck open and he crashed out heavily.

The Australian confirmed on social media that he suffered a broken scapula and a fractured tibia. Get well soon, Casey!
