LMP’s are thus relatively quicker, since they’re heavier and have less downforce. Really impressive how fast prototypes are, now they have way more torque and downforce compared to group C, which was all about horsepower and top speed.

In racing , torque is meaningless. That’s why most of the racecars rev more than 10k
