Crazed Paparazzo Killed Chasing Justin Bieber's Ferrari

While chasing Bieber's Ferrari for that 'perfect' shot, a paparazzo was run over and killed

Justin Bieber has Tweeted his condolences after a 29-year-old paparazzo was run down and killed last night while trying to take pictures of the superstar's Ferrari 458.

During a routine police check of Bieber's car near the Getty Centre LA, the crazed pap was warned by police to 'get to safety'. It is believed the man was hit and killed when he was running back to his own car.

Following the tragic incident, Bieber said in a statement: "While I was not present nor directly involved with this tragic accident, my thoughts and prayers are with the family of the victim.

"Hopefully this tragedy will finally inspire meaningful legislation and whatever other necessary steps to protect the lives and safety of celebrities, police officers, innocent public bystanders, and the photographers themselves."

Police have confirmed that Bieber was not in the car at the time, suggesting that the world's best-known superstar lent the 562bhp V8-powered supercar to two of his friends.

Drugs and alcohol are not thought to be reasons for the initial and tragic police stop.
