Cyclists, Listen Up: You Must Cycle In The Cycle Lane, No Matter What

Here's one video that will make you forget your hatred of cyclists for at least four minutes

Cars drive on roads, pedestrians walk on pavements and cyclists ride in cycle lanes. Simples. So when this chain of command breaks down, any perpetrator should expect punishment. After all, the Americans get fined for Jaywalking, the Germans get locked up and beaten with sticks if they even think about crossing the road when they're not supposed to and us car drivers get bemused looks when we take to pavements...

Quite rightly, then, cyclist Casey Neistat is ticketed $50 when he strays into foreign soils. The officer who issues the ticket reminds the perpetrator that 'you must always be in the cycle lane.'

So to prove a point, that's exactly what he did, armed with a camera and balls of steel. This hilarious video suddenly makes us *respect cyclists.
