If you've ever smashed your car into a deer or a great big bear, the chances are probably high that you've damaged your windscreen in the process. You make a few calls and some time later, a guy in a van will arrive to remove and replace the smashed glass. Professionally.

But what would a redneck do? If his car comes equipped with airbags, the solution is a simple one - deploy them to smash the windscreen clear off in a split second. A very quick method yes, but one with more cons than pros - replacement airbags are more expensive to buy and fit than windscreens. Great to watch on video, but ultimately a flawed idea...
