This Deranged 978hp Mitsubishi Colt Is A 200mph Missile

The guys at Boba Motoring are at it again. We've featured their 1000bhp Golfs before, but this time they've got hold of a Mitsubishi Colt, again pushing the limits of what's possible from such a tiny car.

Using a 2.0-litre Mitsubishi engine, they strapped on a turbo that makes 3.4 bar at 9000rpm. Couple the fact it's all-wheel drive to that lightweight construction and you're good for 0-62mph in an incredible 3 seconds dead - that's Ferrari 458 pace.

Germany's autobahns provide the perfect opportunity to wind the car up to its top speed of 195mph before smashing into the limiter. With an extra gear we've no doubt this little Colt would easily rip though 200mph.
