The Different Police Cars From 26 Countries Around The World
Police cars - the natural enemies of car guys around the world. You’ve all seen them - but do you know what they look like in other countries? Probably not, but don’t worry, you’re going to find out in a minute.

Of course, I didn’t travel to 26 states and then did donuts in the streets so that I could figure out what their police cars looked like. All these images are according to Google, and I always picked the car / livery that seemed to be the most common. Sure, they may look different where you live - so feel free to post a picture in the comments.
This topic is actually rather interesting - the different cars which the states rely on, the different liveries, the different signal lights, and - probably the most interesting of them all - the different spellings of the word “Police”. To spice things up even more though, I’ve mixed in one or two “just for fun” examples…
Okay, let's be real now. I'm seriously surprised it's not a Lada though...
Well, apparently there are some:
So, I hope you guys enjoyed this post! Let me know down below if you did, and leave a picture of what the police cars look like where you live!

Where Dubai at?
In my country we usually have Kia Fortes as police cars, but there is this Cayenne too
In Canada, we also use Tauruses, F150s and Explorers.
I’m afraid you did pick the wrong image for Great Britain
These are the most common police cars in Costa Rica, the FAW Besturn B70 (basically a re-skinned first generation Mazda6 from China)
Here’s a Chinese police car btw
No it’s even older
The patrol cars of Malaysia look a bit like this
But there’s also the Proton Inspira that is a badge engineered Lancer:
Here in Indonesia police normally drive Mazda6, Mitsubishi Lancer, Toyota Vios/Yaris Sedan snd Hyundai Elantra. But there’s just some cases that they drive this:
Also in Surabaya, they had a Ferrari 456GT for escorting VIPs.
You ain’t gonna catch nothing in a Vios, trust me.
In America Dodge Charger police cruisers are way more common then the Taurus.
Hilarious! In Canada, we also use Chevy tahoe, suburban. Ford f150, super duty tow truck, crown Victoria (they are retireing them) as well as Taurus PI and Explorer PIU. We also have Dodge grand caravans for events, as well as some impalas. We also have some cadillac hearse. Some say “text and drive for a ride in this” and some are undercover patrol. We also have a few drag tuned cars for public events and Edmonton police is doing a Civic type R track build for street race prevention.
