Does This Concept Art Confirm Forza Horizon 4 Is Heading To Hong Kong?
The Forza Horizon 4 rumour mill has been in overdrive recently, with suggestions the game could be set in Japan or the United Kingdom based on a healthy dose of speculation.
Well, now we have another place to add to the list: Hong Kong. The Asian state has appeared in concept art that was discovered by an eagle-eyed gamer, which was created by a partner to Microsoft Studios.
The stills show cars racing through the neon-lit streets of Hong Kong, with a hot air balloon bearing the Forza logo the clearest indication that this could be for Horizon 4. It would make for a fantastic location, with a mix of bustling city streets and winding mountain passes as seen in the concept art.
However, while this does seem like legitimate concept art, it might not be an indication of what’s to come. For example, we don’t know when it was created or the reason behind it, and it could even be a deliberate publicity stunt.

Hey this concept art is back in 2012 or at least the pre 2014 mustang face lift because if u look closely the newest car in this art is 2012 plus the first image is of the pre face lift r35 gtr which for forza is weird because they prefer to show the newer stuff to brag that they have it

It doesn’t seem good enough graphics to be able to call itself a 4K racing game, now I know there only teaser stills, but maybe this is Forza’s attempt to make a phone racing game like NFS did with No Limits? Only a theory, what do you think?
