This Electronic Flashing Paint Is The Most Incredible Car Mod You've Never Heard Of

Companies come up with all sorts of weird and wonderful aftermarket mods, but this has to be one of the coolest we’ve seen in a while. Called ‘LumiLor,’ it’s the work of a US company called Darkside Scientific. It’s a multi-layer coating comprising of a conductive surface, wire connections, an insulating primer and a coloured lighting top coat.

A very small amount of electricity is passed through the coating, enabling it to be turned on or off. Dress a car up in several separate bits of coating like this demonstration car, and you can put on an incredible light show.
