We've already seen how to do a Nurburgring lap well today, so to balance the scales, here's a look at a rather less successful attempt. This video is a few years old, but it's a damn good one.
Having travelled from the UK, the driver of this E30 BMW 325i reaches the Green Hell and prepares for hoonage. Unfortunately, his delusions of grandeur are quickly scuppered. In fact, he manages to drop the back-end and crashes only seven seconds after getting onto the wet track. Forget facepalm, this is a true facedesk moment...
