Furious 7 Was The Best Movie Of 2015 - For Mistakes

The tail end of December gives us the chance to take stock on how the year’s gone. Reflect, while looking forward to the next year. Oh, and see which films cocked up the most by using websites like Moviemistakes.com.

The list for the most mistakes in 2015 makes for particularly interesting reading, as it’s topped by Furious 7. A total of 41 mistakes are listed; everything from the sign outside a supposedly London-based hospital reading ‘Birmingham’, to Dom’s Dodge Charger appearing immaculate despite having been repeatedly rammed in the previous scene, and a Maserati Ghibli which can’t decide if its windows are tinted or clear.

Just behind Furious 7 in the list is Jurassic World with 33 mistakes, and The Martian with 19. Another petrolhead favourite - Mad Max: Fury Road - lies fifth with 15 mistakes.

We shouldn’t be too harsh on Furious 7 though, as previous instalments in the Fast and Furious series have fared worse. 2 Fast 2 Furious clocked up 72 mistakes, for instance, while the original film managed 110….

Nothing frustrated me more than the fast forwarded racing scenes when we all know they were travelling at snails pace…

The movie was, hands down, one of the worst 2015 movies. I bet 70% of the people only watched it because Walker died.

But the worst was Smosh: The movie.

FF 7 was just another meaningless action movie. If you remember McQueen’s movie Le Mans, that movie has perfect ratio of action and deep thoughts.

As a movie I thought it was good, but then I realized it was almost exactly the same as episode IV

1 more mistake : a big block v8 cannot rev to 9000rpm. Even if it can, it will only do it once.

This here can and could. The legendary 427 SOHC. Normally it revved 8k but stock! With newer mods they do 9k, which the Highly powered race enginse made easily, but possibly not that durable ad it is with lower rpms like stock.

And how about the (last) M3 V8 (E90 or so).
It made more than 8,2krpm for sure.

How does an R8 breaks and letty’s car keeps pushing? I cant figure out this part

Audi’s “r-tronic” gearbox is known to be near its limit with stock power, so maybe they “assumed” the R8 as haing a lot more horsepower, and it just so happens to “crap out” its gearbox.

on the last terminator he rips the drive shaft off of this bus and flips it but that bus’s motor is in the back and doesn’t have a drive shaft to grab there
