Had something similar happen to me in California. This donked monte carlo cut me off causing me to almost hit people crossing the road. I beeped my horn and carried on. Saw him flip a U turn in my rearview. He caught up to me at a light i was in the left lane going straight he came up in the truning lane. He got out of his car and started yelling and screamkng wanted me to get out and face him like a man. But I was laughing so hard i couldn’t see the door handel through my tears. While he was banging on my door his car rolled backwards and pushed the hood if a brand new BMW stright up to the window.
Tellng that story to the cops was an incredible feeling.
