Here's An In-Depth Look At The History Of The E34 BMW 5-Series

Another 'BMW History' video is here, this time detailing the E34 version of the 5-series

While these BMW History videos may be a tad sanitised, I’m sure all of you Bayerische Motoren Werke fans out there will get a kick out of seeing such a great collection of mint E34s in action. As the third generation of the 5-series continues to age, good examples are becoming increasingly hard to find.

Speaking of which, I’m off to the classifieds…

I really like E34’s. Maybe because that was the car that I got drived home from hospital after being born and that was the car I learned to drive manual in. Dunno, I just like them.

I love the E34! My fave 5. Mainly because my Dad had the earlier 3.5 litre M5! Hell of a car, I was sad the day he sold it! Because I was never old enough to have a go

Get a 540i. Ive got a 525i touring & a 540i sedan. I catch myself driving the 540i much more, its much faster & sounds a bit better too

After that video I have to ask: is it going into production in 2018?
