Here's The New Suzuki Jimny Rendered Three Ways
Despite the fact it’s been leaked more times than we can count, the official reveal of the Suzuki Jimny has been one of the week’s most popular stories. And so far, we like what we see. The car looks like a miniature Mercedes G-Class - how can you not love that?
But can it be made to look any more awesome? Fresh from creating a range of virtual BMW 8-series derivatives, our favourite Internet render expert X-Tomi Design has had a go.
Firstly we have this pick-up version, for the Jimny owner who’s happy to lose the rear seats in the name of practicality. Suddenly, the little SUV looks even more purposeful.
Next up, we have this cabriolet version, which further hammers home the Jimny’s retro vibes. Both pick-up and drop-top Jimnys have been made in the past, but we currently can’t be sure if Suzuki will do the same with the new version.
We don’t know if Suzuki will make a long wheelbase five-door version either, although if it did, we don’t reckon the stretch would be quite as extreme as this.
Which of these renders do you like most? Is there a Jimny derivative you’d like to see that isn’t covered here? Let us know in the comments!

A military version? Actually i’d imagine it being rsther successful in the military as it’s not that expensive as G classes.
Can we petition Suzuki to rename it “the Jimmy”?
