Here's A Way You Can Own A McLaren 720S For £12.99

Fancy owning a new McLaren 720S without the six-figure expense? Of course you do, which is why Lego has announced some good news
Here's A Way You Can Own A McLaren 720S For £12.99

Lego is building an awesome portfolio of car models, and fans can now add the McLaren 720S to the list. With a caveat.

We’ve already seen fantastic large-scale Lego versions of the Ferrari F40, Caterham 7 and Porsche 911 GT3 RS, but the Speed Champions 720S is part of the range of smaller, less complex builds for younger kids. On the plus side, while you could pay £180 for the GT3 RS, the miniature 720S will set you back just £12.99.

That means, if you were wondering, that you could buy 16,058 and a half of the models for the same £208,600 as one of the 4.0-litre, twin-turbocharged, 710bhp full-size cars.

With just one armpower the dinky orange McLaren won’t break any speed records, but the set does come with a Lego car designer figure, complete with trendy design desk and coffee mug. And you don’t get that with the real one.

Deliveries (to stores) will start in June, just after the first proper 720S reaches its owner.

On a more serious note it will have essentially zero emissions while running.
Mclaren’s hybrid engines are good; but not that good!

Mclarens may look alike but its the heart of a car that matters. You would know this if you were a true Car Guy or CTzen.

Are you saying you would take a 641HP 570S rather than a 903HP P1

I’ll just wait for the Hot Wheels version. Maybe it’ll be cheaper…
