Here's What Happens When A BMW M760Li Drag Races A Ducati Panigale V4
Drag racing a BMW M760Li looks like tremendous fun. Yes, it weighs about 2200kg, but it also produces 592bhp from a 6.6-litre twin-turbo V12, making this luxo-fatty much faster than you’d expect.
We’re talking 0-62mph in just 3.9 seconds, and the ability to make the current M3 seem a little sluggish. But what happens when this super-barge has a pop at a superbike?
In the case of this drag race from Car Wow - featuring an M760Li and a Ducati Panigale V4 - the BMW has the edge at the start thanks to the wonders of all-wheel drive traction, but it doesn’t take long for the bike to take the lead and pull away.
In other words, a fairly predictable result. Ducati’s latest Panigale may have about one third of the power of the uber 7-series, but the latter vehicle is 11 times as heavy…

Oh wow, how surprising!
I never anticipated that result.
If you looked at the comments section of the YT video - the only reason why they did it is because a biker magazine had bought the ducati down and carwow had the BMW at the runway, and why not?
