Here's Your Chance To Own Senna's NSX
If you missed out on the Honda NSX formerly belonging to Ayrton Senna that was up for sale late last year, worry not. The three-time Formula one champion owned three NSXs, and another is going under the hammer at Silverstone Auctions.
The car was purchased in 1992 by Antonio Carlos de Almeida Braga, Senna's close friend and manager, for the F1 driver to use when staying at his home in Sintra, Portugal. After his tragic death at Imola in 1994, the NSX was left untouched for two years, before it was eventually sold on by Braga.
A decent NSX of this age will usually set you back £20-30k, but unsurprisingly, the Senna link means this one is expected to fetch a fair bit more - the estimate is £75,000 - £85,000. It's only done 31,800 miles, though if this video is anything to go by, Senna liked to drive NSXs very sideways.
