This Historic Monster Truck Front Flip Will Astonish You
The driver in this bonkers video is Lee O’Donnell, otherwise known as the Mad Scientist. Quite apt, it turns out, as he’s certainly mad, and the stunt he performed on Saturday night requires a physics degree to be explained properly. Or perhaps we can call in Engineering Explained and his whiteboard.
Booting it to get the front end up in the air, his monster truck hit the ramp in Las Vegas’ Sam Boyd Stadium just right, sending the vehicle into a spectacular front flip. It’s apparently the first time such a move has been completed in Monster Jam history, and we’re all spectacularly impressed.
