This House Has Actually Eaten An Audi TT

An Audi TT was swallowed by a house in the early hours of Sunday morning when its 20-something year-old driver lost control at high speed.

The car was launched into the side of the house after hitting a pavement and skimming over the top of both a BMW 3-series coupe and - rather ironically - another Audi.

The unnamed driver suffered serious head injuries. The three occupants inside the house in Long Meadow Walk, Lowestoft were unharmed.

A neighbour commented: "I've seen photos of cars going into people's houses before but from the pavement, through the bushes and the cars behind it - it was like a launch pad - it must have been for him to get that high."

Police investigating the incident said: "At this early stage we could not speculate as to what has caused the crash." Yeh right...
