How To 'Beat' The Ugly Front License Plate Law

So wait… You bought this to hide the license plate, only to show that you actually have the plate when you get pulled over?

Good thing we don’t have this issue in Arizona. 😊

Im planning on getting a tow hook plate mount with quick release so you can detach them when you are at a show or something.

I had mine in the windshield and got pulled over for not having it on the front bumper by a sheriff who had previously pulled me over for squealing my tires when they didn’t squeal at all. I have it on with zip ties for now..

I’ve got a no-drill plate mount that screws into the tow hook spot for my 370Z NISMO. Didn’t want to drill at all and it works really well. Easily unscrew at car shows too.

New York state doesn’t play with this if you have New York plates on your car you WILL get a ticket
