New Top Gear aired last night at 8pm in the UK, and unsurprisingly, it's been a massive talking point (both good and bad). So my question to you now is this: how did you rate it out of 10?

4.8 points due to my calculations… And it got that bad because of evans. Extra Gear got a solid 8.2 points
Bit of an unpopualr opinion but i thought the new show was alright… around 7 or 8 out of 10. Its defintely not as good as old top gear… not by a long shot, but Clarkson and co had a long time to perfect their show. Clarkson’s first season wasn’t the best either, especially compared to their newer seasons. The rally cross track is interesting. My only complaint is that Evans does at times emulate Clarkson which seems to be why there is so much criticism. Matt was pretty funny and Extra Gear was nice. I think they need time to rethink some parts… hopefully future episodes are better

I’d watch it again but only cause im bored waiting for The Grand Tour. 😅

Guys, the original top gears pilot episode was worse than this, you have to give these things a chance and get used to them. It has been one episode ffs.

I havent seen anyone put this but it should be Eddie Jordan in the studio, we know he can present from the F1 coverage and he has a sense of humour which is good. If only one thing could change then it has to be the removal of Chris Evans
