if i was the dude on his side i would have called the cops and taken his keys away from him so he can’t drive off, drivers like that kill people, and that’s not something you should let happen even being a civillian, too dangerous
That is definitely true. Get someone to take him to the side, park his car so its not in the way and wait for the cops you called.
Saddest thing is… nobody tries to stop him. WTF is wrong with people ?

this is exactly what i wanted to say… the guy filming must be at least as stupid as the guy taking drugs. how can he not try to stop the guy? first it s a petrol station, must not joke about it because a little mistake and it all burns, and then letting the car go? no one tried to stop the car. at the end there is even a police car passing by… no reaction
