James Bond's Lotus Esprit 'Submarine' Could Be Yours For Just $1 Million
One of six Esprits built for the Spy Who Loved Me is up for sale, but it isn't cheap

Bit of a James Bond fan? Like cars? Very rich? Then we have just the thing for you. Yep, quite possibly the most famous Lotus ever made is up for sale: the ‘submarine’ Esprit from the Spy Who Loved Me. A total of six cars were made for the James Bond film, but according to the eBay auction page, only three now exist, including this one.

It’s been restored so is in stunning condition, but then with a $1 million (£620,000) asking price, it probably should be in rather good nick. And don’t think you’ll be able to drive this around; with retractable wheels, it’s not actually road legal.
