This Lady Miraculously Survived After Ploughing Into A Lorry And Then Getting Smashed Into By Another

If you watched the above video without knowing any different, you’d be almost certain that the driver of the Ford Focus perished in this dreadful accident. We can see that the driver veers across two lanes of Belgium’s E40 motorway to take an exit, and cuts so close to the back of another vehicle that she doesn’t see the stationary traffic queuing on the slip road. After hitting the back of one lorry, the stricken Ford is then struck by another lorry, which captures the whole incident on a dashcam.

But miraculously, Jasmien Claeys, the 25-year-old driver, survived this brutal smash. According to Car Scoops, the incident occurred on 13 August, and while Claeys was initially in a coma and had suffered two broken vertebra and a shattered hand, she is said to be “recovering exceptionally well.”
