For The Love Of God, Don't Leave Your Pets In The Car During This Insanely Hot Weather

While browsing BuzzFeed, I spotted their ‘Reminder To Please, Please Never Leave Your Dog In The Car On A Hot Day’.

In the article was a link to a LiveLeak video (kind of NSFW) showing the attempted rescue of a 14-month-old boxer. The reason for the rescue? The dog was in the back of an Audi A4 Avant (all windows up!) for four hours while its stupid, negligent and thoughtless owners were busy shopping in IKEA…

Despite the best efforts of vets, the dog (known as Fidji) died.

So from us at Car Throttle: Please, for the love of God, don’t leave your pets in the car during this insanely hot weather!
