I own a Range Rover sport but unfortunately I’m not as lucky as him and don’t have a warranty, I’m currently at 3200 dollars of repairs without a warranty it’s on Craigslist right now . A Range Rover cost more than a girlfriend

Hahaha. A Range Rover costs more than a LOT of things. Especially a cheap one.

How long and how much is the warranty again?

45 minutes. Eleven bucks.

You gotta be very clear on YouTube, otherwise people make all sorts of weird assumptions. Example: I sold my Aston Martin a few weeks ago, but I’m still doing videos with it. MANY YouTube commenters have asked me if I bought back my Aston Martin just to do these last few videos (AFTER I sold it).

Er, … no. I just filmed the videos ahead of time.

So you try to drill things into their minds.

Old? It’s a 2006.

That’s newer than all of my cars and none of them have consumed 10 grand in repair costs… In fact, none of them have consumed 10 grand in purchase cost either. I think I’ve got 10 grand in all of them together, purchase price and repairs.

The warranty covered the car for 6 years and up to 125,000 miles on the car. When I got the car in December 2012, it had 59,000 miles on it. So the warranty ends in December 2018 or 125,000, whichever comes first.

Wait, CarMax is paying for all this and are they mad they have to pay all that money (from your previous video the warranty has already exceeded for paying for itself )

Presumably, they’re happy for the free advertising. I don’t think one car is going to bankrupt them.

Probably should’ve bought my M5 through carfax. Even with - a- third party warranty a new starter and slave cylinder ended up setting me back a decent amount.

From my experience, the worst thing to do is to visit LR dealer for any repair. Im from a different part of the world but visiting dealers shop always mean something terrible and expensive with uncertain result. I´ll bet its the same in your case….
